He is survived by: his wife Cheri; his children, Zachary Asay (Heidi), Jennifer Slevira (Frank), Whitney McCullum (Jason) and Benjamin Asay; his grandchildren, Victoria, Madison, Khloe, Jonathan Slevira, Akira Wilson, Charlotte and Jaxon McCullum; and his siblings, Gail Glover (Worthy Sr.), Laura Asay and David Asay (Lesli). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
