He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Middleton (Colbert); his brothers, Mark Middleton and Brian Middleton (Debby); his siblings' children, Shandra Foust (Cody), Kati Deason (Brad), Brandon Middleton, Jaron Middleton and Ryan Middleton; his great-nieces, Brynn Foust and RaeLyn Deason; and his great-nephew Josiah Deason. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
