He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene M. Allen and Florence M. Allen (Pace); his sister Hazel Jackson (Allen); and his granddaughter Lauren Danise Ouzts. He is survived by: his brother Edwin Allen; his wife Cathy Allen (Barnard); his children, Danise Nelson, Laurie Allen and Jesse Allen; and his grandchildren, Allex, Jordan and Tyler.
