He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Atkins; his siblings, Darrell (Ginger) of Casper, WY and Allison Dillon of North Platte, NE; his siblings-in-law, Marsha Dillon of Sheridan, WY and Dave Sheets of Loveland, CO.; and his children, Charlie Kiesel (Dawn) of Encampment, WY, Cathy Ray (Mike) of Billings, MT, John Kiesel (Teri) of Thornton, CO, Mike Dillon (Susan) of Billings, MT, Michelle Dillon of Haleiwa, HI, Jerry Dillon (Michelle) of Billings, MT, Becky Ust (Curtis) and Fredericksburg. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 16 great‑grandchildren.
