She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Caldwell and Laura Caldwell (Morris); her husband Leroy Gavin Pollock; her children, Kipp and Carolyn; and her daughter-in-law Nancy.

She is survived by: her sons, Bill and Gary (Renea); her children-in-law, Del and Kim; her sister Carol; her grandchildren, Theresa Hayter (Jason), Shawna Knipp (Pat), Jon Hayter (Joyce), Brooke Schneider (Brad), Alicia Pollock and Matthew Pollock; and her great grandchildren, Stetson, Dakota, Madchen, Cora, Taylar, Fayth, Benjaman, Logan, Kaycee, Iann, Adalynn and Madison.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of ones choice in Shirley's name.
