He is survived by: his wife Mary Phillips; his family Jami Holton (Russ); his grandchildren, Aliyah, Avery, Addy, Clay Jensen (Julie), Haylee and Colsyn; and his sister FrankieLou Hansen (Dale). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, three-great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
