He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Zabrocki and Victoria Zabrocki (Watembach); and his siblings, Joe Zabrocki, Leona Panasuk and Al Zabrocki.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Layman Zabrocki; his daughters, Connie McCall of Billings, Deanna Enrich (Mark Beadle) of Billings, Jan Swenson (Scott Simpson) of Wellington and Ontario; his grandchildren, Julie Simanton (Joe) of Billings, Suzanne Wong (Dominic) of Peachtree Corners, Georgia, Bryce Turcotte of Billings, Cortney Hall (David) of Portland, Eric Swenson (Cori) of Anchorage and Nicole Swenson (Carson Baughman) of Anchorage, Alaska; his great grandchildren, Holly Wong, Lena Baughman Swenson, Torsten Sy Swenson, Sven Baughman Swenson and Elsie Swenson; and his brother Larry Zabrocki (Dorothy) of Bismarck.
