He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Premo and Luella Premo (Brier); his daughters, Ella Marie, Pearl Stapleton (Tom) and Joy Reamy (Bob); his wife Barbara E. Premo; his sisters, Ella Marie, Pearl and Joy; and his grandchildren, T. J. Davis and Rebecca Reichert.

He is survived by: his daughter Wilma Vincent (Bob); and his stepchildren, Trudy Cozzens (Troy), Barbara Carbery (Greg), Kim Premo, Wayne D. Premo Jr. and Timothy Premo.
