He is survived by: his daughters, Kristie Salsbury, Jana Salsbury and Sherry Samlock (Salsbury); his stepdaughter Deana Ivie; and his grandchildren, Jonathon, Christopher Lake, Jaden Samlock and Toni Abelseth (Fink).
