He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Bartlett and Florence Bartlett; his grandchildren, Holli Heath and Jeremy Buck; his siblings, Beryl Samel and George H. Bartlett; and his son-in-law Eric Furstenberg.
He is survived by: his daughters, Teri Buch (Ron), Traci Heath Pallach (Joe), Tami Furstenberg (Eric) and Trudi Duffy (Robert "Bob"); and his grandchildren, Josh, Delton, Jessica Buck, Kyle, Austin Heath, Gunnar, Ian Furstenberg, Charlie and Owen Duffy.
Donations to the First congregational United Church of Christ in Billings or the Parkinson's Foundation http://www.parkinson.org in honor of William can be made in Lieu of Flowers.
