He is survived by: his children, Jodean Violett (Toby), Lindsey Wertman and Devin Wertman; his grandchildren, Jarrod Jensen, Kylee and Macy Burns; his great grandchild Kamrynn; his parents, William Perry Wertman and Doris Wertman; and his siblings, Sandi Sullivan (Bob) and Jim Wertman (Laurie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
