He is survived by: his granddaughter Marrin; his wife Agnes; his brother Ralph; his children, Jan Emerson, Christine (Tracy Hardy) and Michael; his grandchildren, Ryan Kolczak (Stephanie), Erin Kolczak, Charles Kolczak (Christy), Akasha Latray (Kyle), Cody (Elizabeth), Evyn, Riley, Robyn, Bella, Aspyn and Lulu Kolczak-Hardy; and his great grandchildren, Michael, Samantha Kolczak, Dominic, Hailey and Isabella Latray. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
