He was predeceased by: his parents, Justin Kinney and Bernice Kinney. He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Moran (Rod), Tammy Nahrgang (Donnie) and Jeannie Biggers (Corey). He is also survived by his daughters, four grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM and on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM.
