He was predeceased by : his parents, Olga Frazee and Morris Frazee; his wife Dorothy Lois Wright; and his brother Curtis Frazee. He is survived by : his children, Bradley Frazee (Kimberley Kearney), D'Anne Morgan-Ward and Juli Rognlie (Matthew); his grandchildren, Nolan Morgan (Meghan), Allison Rognlie, Torryn Frazee, Miriam Rognlie (Connor Overcast) and Bryce Frazee (Anastasia Suderman); his great grandchildren, Avery, Briar, Emerson and James Morgan; and his brother Clifford Frazee (Beverly).

Memorial contributions in Clint's honor are suggested to Big Sky Home Health & Hospice of Bozeman, 205 Haggerty Lane, Suite 120, Bozeman, MT, 59715; or to the Chimes Fund at First Lutheran Church, PO Box 441, Watford City, ND.
