He was predeceased by: his parents, Israel Lourie and Sophie Elkon Lourie (Elkon); his sister Doris Kastenholz (Lourie); and his son Kevin Joseph Lourie. He is survived by: his wife Tyrrell Lourie (Ty); his daughter Stephani Lourie; his daughter-in-law Claire Craig; and his grandchildren, Anitra Lourie and Geist Lourie (Isaac).
