He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Bouloukos and Bessie Bouloukos; and his siblings, Elaine Kalivas (Peter) and George. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Bouloukos (Lemke); his children, Mark, Carrie Albro (Chris), Peter, Christopher, Papou of Mikayla, Amara, Nicholas and Zachary; and his brother Don (Nancy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
