He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Fonk and Erlice Fonk (Skinner). He is survived by: his wife Ramona Svaleson; his children, Terry, Larry, Kathy and Barry; and his grandchildren, Damion Fonk, Trevor Smith, Tevan Smith, Austin Fonk, Ryan Fonk and Evan Fonk. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
