He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene (Nancy) and Emma; his sister Nancy (Mike Holland); his former wife Patti Axelson; his daughters, Betsy and Katie; his pet Abby; his sister Erella; his aunt Alma; his wife Catherine Fields; his sons-in-law, David Madison and David Quammen; his nieces and nephews, Shaf and Gene Holland; his granddaughter Betsy (Newton); and his daughters, Amy Stix, Bozeman, Eva Dahlgren, Tanya Finlay and San Diego. He was also cherished by twin sister and a wife and two daughters and two granddaughters.
