He is survived by: his wife Carolina; his children, Tammi, Lisa, Stephanie, Kelly, Jo, June, Jerry, Johnnie and Jerome; his sisters, Judi and Sharilyn; and his caregivers, Dottie, Marshall, Jena and Chaplain Kim. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
