She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlie Whybark and Elva Whybark (Knight); her husband Richard Fulcher; her sister Jane; her siblings-in-law, Wes Lowe and Margaret Whybark; and her niece Angie Nelson.
She is survived by: her siblings, Betty and Gary; her children, David Lackey (Riki) of Great Falls and Darla Strand (Mike) of Churchill; her grandchildren, Kaylee Galiger (Roper), Collyn Lackey, Maci Doty (Brandon), Bandyn Lackey and Ryan Lackey; and her great grandchildren, Remy and Arlie Galiger. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
