He is survived by: his wife Hazel Smith (Papke); his children, Joe Smith (Laura), Debbie Johnston (Dan), Russell Smith (Jennifer) and Stacy Smith (CJ); his grandchildren, Bradly (Brandi), Travis, Matthew, Jesse, Andy, Carlie, Jacey, Cassidy, Cole and Cody; and his great grandchildren, Mason, Quinlynn, Nolan, Jackson, Hunter, Lucy and Hazel.
