She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Ortmeier and Harold Ortmeier; her siblings, Kent Ortmeier and Karol Henricksen (Ortmeier); her grandparents, Fred, Catherine Ortmeier, Rudy, Sophie Stangel and Francis Stangel; and her brother-in-law Wayne Sonderup.

She is survived by: her sisters, Kelli Sonderup (Ortmeier) of Blair, NE and Kathi Ortmeier of Elkhorn, NE; her nieces and nephews, Jena (Wenz), Bryan Vong of Albuquerque, NM, Megan Herron (Wenz) of Omaha, NE, Brad Wenz, Angela Bub of Appleton, WI, Jessica Goldfish (Carson) of Blair, NE, Kat Carson of Modale, IA, William and Ariel Carson of Omaha, NE; and her pet Billie Eyelish. She is also survived by great-nieces and nephews, and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Heart of the Valley Animal Shelter, Sweet Pea Festival, or to your favorite charity.
