She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Atkinson McEachern and Frances Lee Jones; her sister Frances Streich; her sister-in-law Geri Stewart; and her son-in-law Scott Friestad.
She is survived by: her husband Tom Sanders; her children, Linda Sanders (Michael Lockhart), Kimberly Sanders and Robert Sanders (Susan Burke); her sister Betty Dalsemer (Richard); and her brothers-in-law, Bill Sanders and Peter Streich. She is also survived by grandchildren; and many nieces and a nephew.
