He was predeceased by: his mother Emma Jane (Koch); his son Brian; his father Mike Jane; and his sister Susan Streadwick. He is survived by: his pet Josie; his children, Jason and Kendra (Cody); his wife Teresa Jochem; his grandson Kasen Michael; his siblings, Gary (Tennie) and Nancy Roadarmel (Mark); and his close friend Josie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
