He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Laurie Stelter (John) and Dr. David Gesko (Leslie); his grandchildren, Tracey Strawbridge, Abbey Barnhart (Elliott) and Dr. Samuel Gesko (Kieran Gesko); and his great grandchildren, Gavyn, Adilynn Strawbridge, Jesse, Tizer Barnhart and Samuel Gesko, Jr..
