It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victor Rue (Bozeman, Montana), born in Broadus, Montana, who passed away on August 28, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his fathers, Frank Harrington Rue and Lloyd Sinclair Rue; and his wife Judy Trusler. He is survived by: his cousin Jim Anderson; his children, Sundi Beltz (Mike) of Austin Texas, Kebi Smith (Terry) of Olive, MT and Courtney Rue (Jenn) of McLeod, MT; and his grandchildren, Jens Andersen (Kristen) of Bozeman, MT, Taylor Beltz of Austin, TX, Justin Smith (Megan) of Olive, MT, Dayton Rue of Colorado, Molly and Ella Rue of McLeod. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Sweet Grass Cancer Fund or the Sweet Grass Recreation Association.
