She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald D'Arcy and Mary McCoy D'Arcy; her son Teddy Joseph Kocher; her siblings-in-law, Tom Gavigan, Laura D'Arcy, Al Hansen and Don Davis; and her sister Jo Foley (Bob).
She is survived by: her children, Steve Kocher (Terri), Mark Kocher, Bob Kocher (Mary Smith), Darcy Maroney (Mark) and Scot Kocher (Crystal); her grandchildren, Steve Kocher (Bob Lescantz), Matthew Kocher (Tori), Jamie Kocher, Tylor Kocher, Jace Maroney (Hannah), Jenna Maroney (Will Hunthausen), Sabrina Smith and Simone Smith; and her great grandchildren, Kiley, Leah, Allie Kocher, Riley Kocher, Ellie Hunthausen, Jocelyn Smith, Raelynn Risher, Ryder Smith and Sterling Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church (4400 Continental Dr, Butte, MT 59701). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Shriners Children's or a charity of choice, in honor of Carol's lifelong commitment to faith and family.
