She is survived by: her mother Michelle Jaquez (Jensen); her daughters, Kilee Jaquez and Keelia Nelson; her grandson Evanie Rae; and her siblings, Cindy Charon, Carolyn Horn (Josh), Tasha Jensen and Keith Jensen. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
