He is survived by: his mother Marcia DeShazo (Crowley); his siblings, Brad, Kenny DeShazo and Ashley DeShazo; his daughter Mistyn Price; his grandchildren, Kash, Dane and Catalina; his siblings' children, Hannah Jo, Maddie, Brandon, Trinity, Kenny, Gracelynn and Christopher; his aunts and uncles, Marie (Crowley), Jim Hislop, Dave Crowley, Robert Crowley, Bernice Castle (Crowley), Susie Crowley (Hoar), Karen Andersen (DeShazo), Melanie House (DeShazo), Lori Duran, Donnie DeShazo, Rick DeShazo and Johnny Crowley; and his cousins, Heidi Harmon, Sunny Harmon, Justin DeShazo, Dave DeShazo, Peggy DeShazo, Buffy DeShazo, Jessica Maxey, Allison, Jake Andersen, Sara Duran, Martha Yochim, Mikey DeShazo, Angel, Aaron House, Michelle Kenworthy, Matt Hislop, Mike Hislop, Miranda Santos, Marcus Crowley, Theda Crawford, Shelley Salcido and Roger Crowley.
