He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Trescothick and Dorothy Trescothick (Bennett). He is survived by: his wife Cec (family: Mark Lubick, Steve Lubick, Chase, Riley, Lance, Mellisa Lubick, Landyn, Maxx, Jake, Evan, Bailey, Zack Gleason, Tatum); and his sister Nancy Forsythe (family: Craig, Shannon Forsythe, Tyler, Logan, Bren, Pamela Forsythe, Hayden) of Portland.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Aldersgate United Methodist Church (1621 Thornton Ave, Butte, MT 59701). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials in memory of Don may be made to Aldersgate United Methodist Church, the Young Musicians Program or to a charity of the donor's choice.
