He is survived by: his brother-in-law Dan McElroy; his wife Claire Miller of Butte; his sons, Quint (Clacy), Justin (Karen) and Zach; his sister-in-law Linda McElroy; his sister Ruth "Toni" Glover; his nieces and nephews, Beau Bateman (Kris), Courtney Bateman (Yovana), Ted Glover (Deanna), Marion Bateman Stenger (Michael), Lisa Nicholson and Karen Ringsak; and his sisters-in-law, Denise Remick and Beverly Ringsak.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Pintler Pets Humane Society, the Butte Amateur Hockey Association, the Butte Rescue Mission, or Toys for Tots Butte.
