She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Fontana and Victoria Fontana (Tom); and her siblings, Columbina and Louis. She is survived by: her husband Tom Hughes; her daughters, Vickie (Sharon), Deb (Nick), Mary Pat (Mark) and Lisa (Scott); her grandchildren, Luke (Brittany), Noah (Kara), Ashley (Rob), Rachel and Gavin; and her great grandchildren, Hughson, Jackson, Liam, Reece, Quynn, Lyza, Chandler and Cal. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
