He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Columbus Howard and Claressa Mira [Sexton] Howard; his brothers, Donald, Milton and Walter Howard; his grandsons, Chance and Triston Howard; and his great grandchild Natalie Wells.
He is survived by: his children, Annette (Patrick Sanders), Frank Howard Jr., Alan (Christina Howard), Kimberly, Patricia Howard and Nicole (Jack Buell); and his grandchildren, Michael, Amanda, Chrystal, Dalton, Brady, Nicole, Jacob, Carina, Brent, Jared, Christian, Angelica, Mathew, McKaley, Dustin, Jessie, Jaynae and Jolene.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Seventh Day Adventist Church (2500 Grand Ave, Butte, MT 59701). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
