He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph and Jeanette Thomas Neary; his brother Bob Neary (Joyce); his in-law Bud Hogan (Mae); and his sons, James and Joseph Neary.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Hogan; his sister Nancy Birkelo (Bob); his children, John Neary (Jodi), Colleen Ralph (Aaron), Mark Neary (Renee) and Patti Nazer (Tony); his grandchildren, Aaron Ralph (Michelee), Jessi Ralph (Mike Blastek), Cassie Jones (Levi), Sadie Dallaserra, Dylan Dallaserra, Kelliann Henningsen (Bryson), Jared Nazer (Morgan), Brady Nazer (Bailey), Colton Neary (Nichole) and Rhys Neary; and his great grandchildren, Carson, Cooper Ralph, Bentlee Nazer, Marlie, Sailor, Henry Neary and Avery Blastek.
