He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben H. Arms and Beverly J. Arms (Angove); his stepfather Archie Hill; his sister Michelle Daniels; and his sister-in-law Joyce Craddock Arms.
He is survived by: his wife Geri Arms (Perkins); his children, Dr. Clarissa Arms-Chavez (Erik) and Jay Benton Arms; his grandchildren, Natalia "Natty" Chavez, Parker Chavez, Aidan Arms and Sophia Gates; and his brother B. J. Arms.
