He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Penrod and Ruby Penrod (Meade). He is survived by : his wife Connie Keen; his daughters, Angela Heller (Micheal), Amber Smith (Brian) and Kendall Coniglio (James); his grandchildren, Troy Dawes (Katie Farinelli), Branden Smith (Daylin), Jared Edwards, Garrett Edwards, Connor Smith and Maxx Kent; and his sister Carolyn Stevens (Carlo Lewis) of Indianapolis, Indiana. He is also survived by 3 great-grandson, a great-granddaughter.
