Martha leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Martha’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Martha will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Roffler and Anita Roffler (Strozzi); her husband Gene Hanson; and her brother-in-law Bob Decker. She is survived by: her sons, Byron (Rene), Dean (Roselle) and John (Kelly); and her sister Lorraine Decker. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the K & L Mortuary (109 W 2nd St, Whitehall, MT 59759). A burial will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at the Whitehall Cemetery (511 1st St E, Whitehall, MT 59759).
Memorials may be made to the Jefferson Valley Museum in Whitehall or to a charity of the donor's choice.
