He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Leary and Catherine Leary; his brother James Leary; his grandson Tyson Benson; his in-laws, Stan and Julie Albert; his sister-in-law Donna Mitchell; and his aunts, Winifred Venner, Sister Jean Marie Reilly and Sister Catherine Lorraine Reilly.
He is survived by: his wife Bev; his children, Mick Leary (Jeni) of Helena, Karen Reynolds (Dale) of Butte and Chris Nielsen (Jamie) of Reno; his sister Mary Jo Leary; his cousin Jean Shaw (Dennis); his sisters-in-law, Sharon Leary and Kathy Dodge (Warren); his grandsons, Kahner Leary, Reilly Leary (Sarah), Noah Reynolds (Briley Maloughney), Dale Michael Reynolds (Maci Okrusch), Gian Reynolds (Elise Rule) and Zacary Miller (Sierra); his great grandchildren, Aspen Leary, Baylor Leary, Boden Leary and Paxton Miller; and his cousins, Brytni Previsich and Jack Henry.
