It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Peter David Hallquist Sr. (Butte, Montana), who passed away on October 21, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Hallquist and Elizabeth Gross. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Hallquist; his children, Pete Hallquist Jr. and Nicole Hallquist; the mother of his children Diane Kimmel of Billings, MT; his stepdaughters, Kendra Walter (Randy) of Post Falls, ID and Shelby Morley (Kobie); his granddaughter Madison of Helena, MT; his stepson Dalton Gensch (Taeler); and his granddaughter Rory of Boise, ID.. He is also survived by his three sisters.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wayrynen-Richards Funeral Home (1800 Florence Ave, Butte, MT 59701).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Butte Food Bank or BSW Thrift Store.
