He is survived by: his wife Denyse Mazzolini; his daughters, Michele Mazzolini-Osborne (Isaac Osborne) and Gina Mazzolini (Tobi Beck); his grandchildren, Byron Osborne, Ava Osborne and Colin Beck; his siblings-in-law, Vicki Bantau (Bill Bantau) and Tom Jezik; his nephews, Scott Gravois (Jen Gravois) and John Gravois (Kacie Gravois); his niece Jill Gravois; and his cousins, Donna Dennehy, Bob Mazzolini (Fran Mazzolini), Nancy Gillis (Joe Gillis), Mary Elise Mazzolini (Bernie Shaffer), Jim Girolami (Jill Girolami)), Mary Clare Girolami, Teri Girolami and Steve Girolami (Dan Brungardt).
