He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Lowney and Margaret Lowney (Rock); and his siblings, Margie (Ross Richardson), Billy, Jim and Jack (Betty).
He is survived by: his children, Colleen, Wayne Harper (Tawni), Ross and Sheila Richardson; his sister-in-law Carmen Lowney; and also, Frankie, Rylie, Rykker, Grier, Mazzi, Wynne, Taye, Mattox, Rial, Ridge, Addison, Mya, Grace, Sarah, Leah, Ross, Rhett, Mack, Andrew, Sam and Max. He is also survived by niece, nephews and their spouses.
Memorials may be made to the Butte Athletic Council, 1303 Caledonia Street or to a charity of the donor's choice.
