He was predeceased by: his parents, Nancy Harris Ellis and Dr. William Bruce Ellis, Sr.; and his brothers, Stephen Harris Ellis and Jan David Ellis. He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Klock (Christopher) of Kennesaw, Brittany Shirley (Silas) of Big Sky, Ashley See (James) of Anaconda and Sarah Stewart of Great Falls; his grandchildren, Trinity, Charlie, Owen, Henley, Ellis, Warren, Jack, Abra, Samuel and Daniel; and his siblings, Paul Ellis of Magnolia, Nancy Carol Beene (Dexter) of El Dorado and Marianne Hixon (Dennis) of Malvern. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (217 W Pennsylvania St, Anaconda, MT 59711). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
