He is survived by: his father Ken Surber; his wife Rita Boling; his son Chad Surber (Vanessa); his grandchildren, Dylan Surber (Desiree), Jordan Stokes (Tim) and Lily Surber; his great grandchildren, Price and Bennett Stokes; his brothers, Ken Surber and Gene Surber (Viki); his siblings-in-law, Randy Boling, Richard Boling (Audrey), Rory Boling (Mary), Rod Boling and Carol Bergslen (Roger); and his nieces and nephews, Kim Ross (Bill), Sanda Boling (Mike), Sonja Boling (Dave), Jennifer Boling (Jeff), Ellens, Kevin Surber (Char), Sean Boling (Janet), Shane Surber (Shelly), Troy Surber (Marcy) and Jeff Boling.
