He is survived by: his children, Cindy Stone (Eric) of Idaho Falls and Joel (Valerie) of Chinook; his grandchildren, Jessica Heil (Lewis) of Bigfork and Joshua Frank (Amanda) of Chinook; his great grandchildren, Eli and Eva Heil; and his siblings, Raymond Frank (Trudy) of Scottsbluff and Charlotte Frank of Lincoln, Nebraska..
