He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ed, Kay Elam, Robert and Bertha Stroop; and his daughter Paige Stroop.

He is survived by: his parents, Dave Stroop and Judi Stroop; his nephews, Keagan and Kale; his children, Zoey, Aubrey, Tessa, Kait and Keagan; and his brother Chad Stroop (Kristy Pontet-Stroop). He is also survived by extended family members, friends.
