He was predeceased by : his parents, Lenore Fuller and Vernon Konopatzke; his grandson Kyle; and his daughters, Lisa and Nancy.

He is survived by : his wife Connie DeShais; his son Steve (Colleen Konopatzke); his siblings, Susie Smith (Lee) and Dan Konopatzke (Linda); his brother-in-law Ron DeShais (Deb); his granddaughter Stephani; and his great grandchild Eathon.
