He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Francis and Lucille Brown Francis; his wife Mary Ann Francis; and his sisters, Betty Shenk, Marjorie Baxter and Arline Francis.

He is survived by: his children, Robin and Doug (Paulette); his granddaughter Shawna Matosich (Dustin); his great grandchildren, Sheyanne Morris (Jacob) and Gavin; and his sisters, Barbara Carranza and Marlene Richardson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Columbia Mortuary (1010 4th Ave W, Columbia Falls, MT 59912). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
