He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Mary Cockings; his daughter Susan Avila; his brother Mel Williamson; and his children, Elizabeth Tacheira, Carol Lariosa, Deborah Straub, Denise Brown, Jim Gurden and Dereck Gurden. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
