He was predeceased by: his parents, Glendon Picard and Mary Picard; and his brothers, Phillip Picard and Patrick Picard. He is survived by: his wife Marliss Urton; his daughters, Carrie Lerum (Dean) of Galata, MT and Kathleen Barbie (Peter) of Cut Bank, MT; his grandchildren, Caitlin Gordon (Lane), Lane Lerum (Dacey), Dayne Barbie, Hadley Barbie, RJ Barbie and Bodie Barbie; and his siblings, Dave Picard (Marsha), Chris Picard (Dorothy), Anne Hall (Steve) and Terry Picard.
