He was predeceased by: his parents, Obert Holm and Joy Holm; his brother Jerome Holm; and his close friend Bogie. He is survived by: his close friend Donna Warwick; his children, Jerry Ewing (Jena), Tawny Lamma (Erik) and Sharlie Holm (Rocky); and his siblings, Pam Moritz (Dave), Michael Holm (Patti) and Randy Holm (Wanda).
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Conrad Moose Lodge 617.
